01 / PROJECT CASES

Each case follows a real project path

These cases are organized from the supplied PPT material and keep the product and project focus without naming unconfirmed customers

Heater water valve structureElectronic throttle and actuator diagram
CASE 01 · HEATER WATER VALVE / ELECTRONIC THROTTLE

From market research to aftermarket coverage

Started with European vehicle applications for the domestic and European aftermarket, then expanded into Japanese, Korean and domestic models with more than 300 heater water valve variants. The electronic throttle program grew from more than 100 validated models to over 800 models with 95% vehicle coverage

CASE 02 · DQ38X / DQ500 ODE / RAIL PRESSURE SENSORS

From RFQ analysis to platform development

Combined competitive, patent, original-part and manufacturing-process analysis with a focused development path and demanding validation. The DQ38X and DQ500 program helped shorten launch timing by six months, while the rail-pressure program used platform development and flexible production for its first delivery

CASE 03 · ELECTRONIC OIL PUMP OE / ELECTRONIC WATER VALVE OE

Turn an urgent RFQ into an on-time OE program

For an electronic oil pump program with annual demand of 80,000 units, ANFNA coordinated the supplier agreement, resource allocation and resident follow-up from A-sample to PPAP. For the electronic water valve program, supplier assessment supported an early A-sample and SOP, followed by five years of product-life delivery

Controller board for an OES programCDC solenoid for an OES program
CASE 04 · CONTROLLER OES / CDC SOLENOID OES

From a supply gap to an owned OES development path

For the controller program, ANFNA worked with Lingxin Micro to analyze the market and develop an OES controller while avoiding patent conflicts. For the CDC solenoid program, the team addressed single-source, cost and timing constraints, worked with former EKK and Tenneco engineers, and developed a CDC solenoid with independent intellectual property and a five-piece set for the damper factory
